Very descriptive but I've tweaked it with more, keep or sweep smile

The poundin’ of a hammer got made me jump outta bed
On a day I planned on sleepin’ in
Then halfway through my shower the water turned ice cold
I thought oh boy here we go again
Grabbed my Sunday mornin’ paper it’s overflowin’ with bad news
But I won’t let the world's troubles of the outside world hurt change my point of view

Chorus:
Cause I know somethin’ good’s gonna happen today
I can feel it in my bones it’s just a stone’s throw away
When I really believe it I get up every mornin’ look into the mirror and say
Somethin’ good gonna happen, somethin’ good gonna happen

Verse:
I used to walk a-round town with my head hangin’ down
Hopin’ that my lousy luck would change
I nailed a horse shoe to my door wished on a fallin’ star
Threw pennies in a well everyday
But superstition never worked so I figured I had nothin’ to lose
By I reachin’ reached deep inside me my soul to find a whole new attitude

Bridge:
When Since I found a new way of thinkin’ everything started goin my way
Life gets easier when you say
