This election reminds me a lot of 2004. The Democrats ran the only candidate that could possibly lose to Bush, John Kerry, perhaps their worst nominee ever. In 2012, the Republicans have repaid the favor. The only possibly worse candidate they could have run this year was Pawlenty, so of course they are considering him for VP.

Sigh.
