Jackie, have you been reading the Tennessean? This sounds like a real story that happened recently. Some guy had so many DUIs his wife took his car keys, so when he was in need of liquid refreshment, he hopped on his John Deere lawn tractor and drove to the store. He got his DUI on the way home.
(I see you live in Florida, but you can read most any newspaper you want online these days.)
