The Army, Navy, Marines and Air Force are all throwing service personnel out for not getting the covid vaccines. That means thousands being put out. The charge is failing to obey a lawful order, and the discharge is for misconduct. None of the recruiters for any of the services has been able to get recruits to replace the exodus. Written on a whim after hearing this bad idea from the top brass at the Pentagon. They must be smoking bird seeds!
I LOVE TO FEED ALL THE BIRDS IN MY YARD,
WATCH THEM SO CHEERFULLY FEED,
MERRILY SINGING THEIR JOYFUL SOUND,
HAPPILY FYING AND FREE.
I USED TO LIVE IN A WORLD LIKE THEIRS,
TRAVELLING ALL THAT I PLEASE.
FLOCKING WITH OTHERS WE SANG LOUD WITH JOY
NO FEAR WHEN YOU'RE FLYING THIS FREE.
HUMANS NOW LIVE IN A WORLD THAT HAS CHANGED,
WE'RE GIVING OUR FREEDOMS AWAY,
TRADING THEM ALL FOR SAFETY NOW,
AND LIVNG IN FEAR EVERY DAY.
FREEDOM IS NOW JUST A DREAM IN MY HEAD,
A MEMORY THAT COMES WHEN I'M STONED,
SMOKING THE BIRDSEEDS AND SINGING MY SONGS,
STRUNG OUT IN MY BIRD BATH ALONE.
