One concern I've had is that if I went to another songwriter site, the trolls would show up, and the disease would spread to there. But, if that site chases them off, next time I write a song, I'll put it up there. Thanks for the tip. Do they allow AI?

What is the point of a site if the only review you can give is good Apparently, their philosophy regarding what a songwriting site is good for, is very different than yours. You pressed the issue. It is their site. They sent you packing and locked the door behind you. Here are some tips... When you critique a song, if you can't get your point across without employing the words...idiot, hack, talentless... then a well run site is going to unload you, as they did. As well as JACKOV. Apparently, they didn't even let him start rolling. The art was in making you a "partner" in the decision for you to leave.

There is zero value to any user there Completely wrong. There is zero value to DOM there. They wont allow you to descend on people's songs and start incessantly demeaning the songs and the person. You can't go there and feed your appetite for that. So you are back here. Truth be told....if you were actually in the songwriting business and could speak with experience that included charting songs with major artists?, then they would have put up with more than they did. But you're not. You are just some random hobbyist with an opinion that may or may not have any credibility, who gets nasty when it's rejected. There is zero value to any user there Completely wrong. There is zero value to DOM there. They wont allow you to descend on people's songs and start incessantly demeaning the songs and the person. You can't go there and feed your appetite for that. So you are back here. Truth be told....if you were actually in the songwriting business and could speak with experience that included charting songs with major artists?, then they would have put up with more than they did. But you're not. You are just some random hobbyist with an opinion that may or may not have any credibility, who gets nasty when it's rejected. They are common sensical enough to see that for the poison that it is, for their site, and shut it down. It's not evil to review songs. Go online professional movies and albums are reviewed with mixed reviews. On these sites everybody is great. It's useless and pointless, dies not help people improve, it's based in fake friendships and buddy systems. If reviews were anonymous, people wouldn't be afraid to say something's not workin But your right it is zero value to me.

But your right it is zero value to me. I'm sure that people offer actual criticism on the other site all the time. But I suspect, mostly, they are tactful, state their POV, and leave it at that...which is optimal for a productive atmosphere. They decided that your style of critiquing is insulting, and needed to be removed, lest their atmosphere be destroyed making people reluctant to post songs. As is the case...

I've seen people get destroyed in muse, so bad I was inclined to jump in and say that uncalled for. It was a guy who comes here occasionally. They laughed and mocked, I suppose in order to help that person. Here's what it is; If you are a popular regular there you are allowed to say whatever you want. They are usually cunning enough to say it only to people not in that click. And if the mods like you then your ok.
