To celebrate, here's the final video I made for “Keep Me in the Dark.” This song is deeply meaningful to me, and I’m so happy it’s finally out in the world. I believe this album is the best thing I’ve ever made, and it was, musically and personally, also the hardest to make. It’s about codependency, addiction, and generational trauma. It’s about the loneliness of being trapped between two worlds—the one you came from, and the one you’ve escaped to—and the grief of realizing that the only person you can save is yourself.
