As we all know Marty left this site a while ago. But he keeps coming back saying someone mentioned his name. Well, everyone can see, Dom mentioned his name in this thread and all I did was inform Marty that his name was mentioned. I didn't tell him to join the conversation. That was Marty's decision. I have no idea why Dom mentioned his name.

All of this had nothing to do with what happened at Muse. I posted a song there. That was it. I've done that more than once. That's what people do in these kind of forums. He insulted me and apparently he was told by a moderator that he will be treading on thin ice if he hijacks my thread again. Nobody said anything like that to me.

Marty, you can continue to warn me to do this or that on these sites. I can can tell you now that I won't follow your advice. If I feel like commenting somebody's song, I will continue to do that. But I can assure you, I will only comment the song and not say anything negative about the writer. And I will continue to post my songs as well, even if they are about religions or politics. If you don't like them, just don't respond. Normally you don't, but for some reason, yesterday you felt you needed to.

No i started singing in garage bands in school only cause most kids couldn't. I coukdt either but wanted to form bands.

Over time I got better and better. To a point where I was getting comolimejts...I didn't know you could sing like that..... I didn't either.

Legend has it my kindergarten teacher heard potential and encouraged my mom to have me pursue it

But it wasn't really a thought till I discovered old who music, that I became all in.

What I noticed is that I sang like the record. Somehow was able to channel the sound of said singer and it came out pretty close.

Im from jersey, near NYC, competion was always tough, hard to be even the best musician on your block, let alone anywhere else.


Yes I have dozens of recordings on hard drives I cant get access to.

I went thru new PC every two years and would keep the hard drive. They are incompatible with new models snd password protected, so likely gone for good

Used to be lots of god songs. Graham Henderson used to say…have to consult the deity on that…referring to the many on site.
