In addition to here, Friday night I was talking to a songwriter in the town where I now live...and SUNO came up. He originally swore that he would never use it because he wanted no possible compromise in the ownership of his songs.

But then, someone persuaded him to try it, and like all of us, he heard how it could transform very mediocre personal recordings into great sounding productions, and now he is another SUNO-addict.

Yet, there is still a lot of fog around his and my undertanding regarding what SUNO owns at the moment that they process a song into a production.

One of her repetitive themes SEEMS to be it-aint-over-till-its-over.

If yiu want alot of hits on your channel, make a video about Ai, every so often, and you'll get hits.

The information stays on YouTube, helps nobody, stops nobody, .

Rick Biato does same thing. Make sure to include an ai video every so often. Cause it makes money talking about it.

When I start using Ai as a band, using all my own ideas and my own voice, then, I dont see any issue

She does appear to be an attorney who graduated from AZ St. That can be verified.

She claims to focus on music and entertainment.

She claims to be part of a suit against SUNO herself, as I recall.

She puts out legalistic videos about dkid, suno et Al.

She is a performer herself.

Her videos are long and detailed.

I dont think that any source is 100% reliable with all the suits and deal making at play, but I think that her reviews are worth a listen and free.

She may be spot on, and im sure she is a lawyer. But why the need to make video after video.

She's not getting crazy hits like Rick Biato, she is probably using the hits to get her name out there and boast her practice

Its free to see the video, but its promotional. Nothing specific pertains to you. You'd be paying for specific info.

Besides, its ever changing. She just knows its a hot topic.

I criticized its validity and gave reasons.
She put up the responses of an actual publisher. I believe the account that she posted.
The publisher's reaction was in sharp contrast to mine.
In this context, I value the publisher's opinion far above my own.

My next thing to do....
1) review the publishers remarks
2) look at the song again, attempting to see it through the publisher's eyes
3) In doing so, try to gain some insight.

Do I consider any publisher to be the infallible last word?
No, but undoubtedly massively more informed than me.

The takeaway...
I don't truly know anything actual and detailed about promoting songs and what works and what doesn't in that world. If I'm confronted with something from a much more credible source than me...that contradicts me... and I choose to continue to argue with it...then I am just another random fool.

And yes, if you put up legalistic opinions about the music business, I would discount them as uninformed and to be disregarded.

The young atty, if nothing else, can knowledgeably open and shed light on the subject of copyrights, etc.

Its worth seeing wha5t youtubers like her have to say. I just dont think its anything concrete.

The fear is...albeit an unwarranted fear, that somehow having success with an Ai assisted song, may end up biting you in the end.

But our songs are not likely to obtain any success to worry about.
