Vikki,
I am on my computer at least 3 - 5 hours daily. I write books, songs and screenplays (ack...screenplays are a pain!); but I have never once written a blog. The only blogs I read are baseball related. I grew up with baseball (my father was a minor league player) and I am an avid fan. Well, I occasionally read Brian's blog. But, I am curious to see what other folks have to say about this!
Al

I have a blog on whatever I care to post about here: www.alyssastory.blogspot.comIt's officially linked to my website. I also run one for miscarriage stories, specifically geared to LDS parents but open to everyone: www.ldsmiscarriage.blogspot.comAnd another one on trying to live sugar-free (ha, I usually fail!) and on trying to live debt-free, which are linked from my main blog. Not super-creative topics, but they're topics. I try to post a Poem of the Week on my main blog (which I goofed this week and last, oops), and I want to get a few other features going, but one thing at a time. I'm trying to move some traffic & topics there from my official message board - I'm not happy with my board service lately and I'm not sure I can move it safely elsewhere. I have a daily feature on my main blog now called "The Mountain Is...." which is a daily photo of Mt. Rainier, that I take while I'm out on my walk. I'll let you know if the mountain is "in" or "out" as we say around here. Scott Andrew & Howlin' Hobbit will know what I mean. It's a way of making me accountable for getting out and WALKING every day! ....which I didn't do today because I haven't felt well. I hope it's not the flu. But I've been at the computer much too much for a Saturday... not usual for me! OK... back to topic. I'll be glad to bookmark you and visit your blogs as you post 'em. Visit me too! Thanks! Linda

I write about creativity, building a studio, how equipment works, composing and other various things related to music. It's incredibly fun to write for it.

You've got to know your limitations. I don't know what your limitations are. I found out what mine were when I was twelve. I found out that there weren't too many limitations, if I did it my way. -Johnny Cash It's only music. -niteshift Mike Dunbar Music

Vikki, I don't have an "official" blog, but I do a lot of writing here on these boards. When topics of interest come up, I give them plenty of thought and then contribute my ideas, research and/or opinions. I also write a lot of emails on most days, so I'm not sure if I want/need to have yet another place to sit and write. I think I enjoy the interaction on these Forums and I'd probably have more of that here than at most other places. So in conclusion, the JPF forums are about the closest thing to "blogging" that I've been doing. Does that count? It is writing, and a lot folks apparently do read it. Michael

Hi Vikki, Thanks for starting this thread. Since I deleted my myspace site most of my comments have been on my website. I started a blog a long time ago but decided it was like talking to myself. How do people know you're out there? Maybe by putting a link here. I'll have to search out my Blog and revive it. Wayne www.waynelongtin.com

Hi, I blog on myspace, sparkpeople, & our band website. I'm not into having lots of profiles all over the web...but net-working and research has its place:-)
