Hi there, got a proposal of a publishing agreement from them and thought are they good or bad company, they chosen all the songs at my soundclick page, any thoughts?

I would be very, very careful if you are approached by a company like that. Do not send them any money!
They seem to have no website - only a Facebook page.

Colin, they have one: http://www.audiohoundz.com/also they have account at Linkedin.com, where we met. still, I have some doubts about a deal they offer to me even without charge that you mentioned

they do indeed have a website-but as Colin says-be very careful and dont give em any money.........they dont seem to have a track record of successful placements......that I can see anyway.....ask for a brick and mortar address..........and a phone number-neither of which they offer in their contact info.......
