Fran Williams Hi Colin, Wow, I just listened to some of your Beer Club Music.. You got it going, on man..It's like ya got inside my head with the beats. I love the Jimmy Buffet sounds.. Most of your songs, Like "Move on Alone", has the melody flavor,& singing, I hear for my lyrics, yeah! I posted another song on JPF called, "Ponytails & Cut Off Jeans". It also has a day at the beach flavor & style. I also have another song, not posted here yet, called "Join The Club" PS, If you become inspired enough and want to put this lyric to music, just change it up, anyway you need to and give me credit for my lyrics. Hi Bikini Babe,
I like the beachy feel of your lyric and it has a lot of rhythm. The only thing I would add would be naming the beach. To make it be more personal.

How about, all the white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast. Jimmy Buffet gives concerts there a lot at Orange Beach..The sand looks like Sugar..Also the great beaches of Panama City, Fl. Men in the military use to get their mans, man tattoo's. Usually it was a girlfriend's name or the flag. The women who get tattoo's is their way of showing independence. My little tattoo is a unique birthmark. yup!.looks like a rose..Only a very select few has ever seen it.. PS, Ya been lookin' at them there girls tattoo's, Bikini Babe, Fran Williams

I can just picture a sunny day beach scene, pink pelicans strutting around, some pictures of beautiful bikini clad girls and a guy getting eye strain..This would be a classic Jimmy Buffet day at the beach! If you are going to get the music set, now would be the time to do it before the prime beach season sets in. We are really getting an unusual early taste of said weather here in the the Midwest right now. Reached 80 degrees the last two days, the earliest such combo in history here.

Hi Folks, I have had many awesome suggestions for this
lyric and still don't have a Singer/Musician to develop the
music. I believe it would be a fun song to hear and see
a music video. It would be a 50/50 Co-Write.

Before I throw this hatchet away...I'm becoming a serial Song-Hacker!
When each Verse ends with the title Line I call it a Refrain-Type Chorus. I think this works that way. You could have a Lyrical Bridge after Verse II. it would have to be brief and Lyrically significant. I think an Instrumental Bridge could work too, letting that island/beach music have nice little run. Simplify. Simplify.
