After that, I stopped by here. To be clear.

I think that you are estimating low on legal fees these days. But I believe that your basics are thematically correct. However, beyond the costs, there are other things that would make a court case here a reach:

The words that I put up in this artistic assemblage are not mine. They are the words directly quoted of Tony Williams.

My intent was not to malign Rob or Marc Barnett or Elvis(you) or myself.
My intent was to show the unbridled toxicity of Tony Williams in his own words that are allowed expression on this site.
I regard them as outrageous and ludicrous.

The words that Rob is concerned with were written by Tony and addressed to Rob.
I cited them, in an attempt to show how Rob was derogated by Tony. Not to derogate Rob.

As far as me putting them up here in a “song,” I did not originate them and they have been on this site for months and Rob is aware of that…yet Rob frequents this site anyway. If he found them so offensive and wanted these words out of here, it should have been taken up with the moderators months ago.

And then there is the accuracy and truth of what Tony wrote:
He called Rob a “German activist.”
I recall Rob himself, stating that he had German citizenship, so German seems factual.
Rob has been on this site multiple times derogating the actions of Donald Trump regarding tariffs and many other things. Calling Rob an activist is a loose application but not a baseless claim in my eyes.
Tony said Rob compared him to Hitler. I dont know if he did or not. Tony or Rob can tell you that.
I just know, for a fact, that Tony made his derogating statement in an exchange with Rob, not me.
SIDENOTE: Tony compared me to Satan yesterday.

Once Rob got passed all of that, he would have to present legal grounds for his claim of being damaged by me. And he would have to assign a monetary value to it.

Loss of songwriting revenue? From what?
Other specific damages? From what?
Emotional distress? At being called a German activist?

His last name was not even mentioned in the quote and Tony’s reference was merely to a “Robert.”

Dockets being what they are… can you imagine a judge looking at what is being brought to his courtroom? A plaintiff who has taken multiple public political positions on a songwriting site, yet wants a billion dollars in damages because he was called a German activist and accused of comparing Donald Trump and someone else to Hitler?

Having said all of that…
My artistic assemblage of Tony’s rantings is disgusting and grotesque and perverse. E.g. the "nipple and peanut butter" reference.
Tony's response to this post is "BRILLIANT." He appears to like what he has accomplished here.

for anyone at all, to say that they do not want to be referenced in it, for whatever reason, is reasonable.
To refuse that...is not.

I don’t care to spend time editing it, but I think it needs a little more time up to show people what is allowed to be stated here.
