Dom your thin skin makes you lash out far too quickly
If you wanted no reaction to the song or lyric you should have made that clear from the start.
In general terms, music has to move you in some way, physically and emotionally and memorably.
Listeners bring what they bring and hear what they hear and feel what they feel
Don't take it so personally when I or someone else does not like it
And you really are not the dick you or I think you are though you can definitely rise to the occasion
If writing ever becomes work I think I'm going to have to stop
