Its not fair to you, not fair to them, and causes more problems here than we already had with rants.

You posted a song about your wife that wasn't responded to.

So what do you do? You post a political song, sure enough you got the attention you were looking for.

Going back and forth about the ideology of the content, is not about the song.

You end up burying everybody else.

Besides that, people using suno are still working hard, writing the song is everything.

But nobody said a word to kae Lynn, why?

She was 100% right too, knowing you'd bump her out of sight.

Keep the song threads about the sing, take your other garbage to designated rant area.

don't blame me. You said it yourself: "People are using my threads as rant sections." Look in the mirror. You're one of those people. Many of the rants posted in my threads have little or nothing to do with the song being discussed.

You also make it sound as if most of my songs are political. They aren't. I post plenty of songs that receive little or no response. That's simply what happens on a forum that doesn't get as much activity as it once did.

As for thread visibility, it's not me keeping those threads active. The threads stay active because people keep posting arguments in them. If people want song threads to be about songs, then the solution is simple: discuss the song, not politics or personal grievances.

Regarding AI, I agree that writing the song is still an important part of the process. But creating a song entirely without AI involves a very different set of skills and a lot of additional work. They're simply different approaches to making music. That is why we have different sections and that should be respected here.
