You got four people on this site and I'm still trying to figure out why it's even open. Muse gets thousands of people. AI songs, human songs, people arguing about songs, people praising songs, people fighting over songs. Google traffic to what? A website with four people and one tumbleweed rolling through the forum. I've got no problem with Kay-Lynn. Her site is all AI songs, and I'm over there as the only human. I felt like Sitting Bull before they killed him. Tempers flare on Comedy Central and Robot Songs, so I left. I still think it's funny. The joke was: "You're a Christian, but you use Suno. What happened to 'Thou shalt not steal?'" People acted like I'd insulted their grandmother. It's a joke. And nobody likes the Suno cover joke either. But if it's your lyrics, your melody, and you added twenty seconds of your own tune before Suno finished the other three minutes... is it really a cover? A cover is doing somebody else's song. Calling it a "cover" feels like calling instant mashed potatoes home cooking. Again, it's just a joke. Note to all humans: Do not say "robot songs." Apparently that's crossing the line. Meanwhile, the rest of your lives are dramatic cartoons, and this is what everybody's upset about. It reminds me of my favorite fisherman joke: I asked a fisherman, "How you doing?" He said, "Great. Just swapping lies with this tourist." I said, "Who's winning?" He looked at me and said, "The tourist." That's kind of the internet in a nutshell. Everybody's telling stories, everybody thinks they're right, and the guy getting offended by the robot song joke is somehow losing an argument nobody was even trying to win. Muse does nor have thousands, the vast majority of songs posted are ignored. Kuya over there, has gone so far as to say, that one must be a member a long time, befire they get answered. Which is bullshitt on so many levels. If a song is good, its good. Its not filtered through...ahh well this person is new, so we cant tell them this is good. Moronic. They have very little participation there, if you happen to find one kindred spirit there to trade pleasantries with, thats the extent of it. Unless you are a moderator. There's more moderator there than, members... none of them can write, but all act like the authority on all subjects. And mostly liberals who form an alliance and don't accept anybody from a different persuasion. Yes, you are trouble if you're a republican. How bour we stick to songwriting? But instead of complaining about Ai songs, understand that one major reason for forums decline was that not everybody had access to demos. There were 20 lyricist for every one musician, and demoing songs is a tedious, time consuming job, that most musicians did their own stuff only because of that With Ai, demos are accessible to everybody. So you could imagine that you're going to see more and more of it. Im frankly surprised, that all of the hundreds of lyricists that once came here, are not back here posting songs. Maybe the time off from it, made them focus on other things Bur make no bones, MUSE is a shitt site, its all moderators scanning for trouble, or inventing trouble, cause they have nothing better to do.
