Hi Ant. Just stopped in to see how this thread is going. You have emphasized most of the points that Tiffany and I agonized over before she even got into the musical arrangement. She is being gracious when she says WE wanted it to appeal .... I was reaching for a bit a mystery and then the revealing in the bridge. Tiffany wanted to make it perfectly clear, from the beginning, that it was military. She did a super job, IMO, trying to satisfy me and still make it "all come out" in the end. Hopefully, there won't be many with such confusion as yours. But your comments are taken to heart and mind, seriously. Thank you.
