If there are only a handful who are interested in seminars on the business, it may make more sense to set up a big table in a coffeeshop with Jim for a round table discussion rather than a standup presentation. Not much point in pressing people to attend something they don't see the value in. Like pushing a rope.
Many of the JPF people are not really contenders for a grammy and are doing it for fun.....and then there are a few who are going for the gold. The former probably don't care much about the seminar....
