I have used diskfactory, and they weren't bad. Cost is roughly equivalent to my burning them myself on my own equipment (which I can do, but it takes time). Last order I had from them (which is also the only one0 had a 2% failure rate on the CDs, which is less than I get with my own equipment.
And I do my own labels, too. (Ex-graphic designer, remember). So all I needed from diskfactory was the CDs and cases. And I got that.
