I wish some AI contestant would come out and sing "Dynamo Hum". I sang that at a karaoke bar once...very weird. ("I got a spot that gets me hot, but you ain't been to it.")  Why do we get so passionate about American Idol? It's just another TV show. I get more passionate about TV itself---I really don't watch it. Commercials piss me off. Seriously, I get angry. I don't mind a mindnumbing program, but I can't tolerate constant advertising being piped into my own home, and me held hostage, drinking it all in. Can't do it, won't do it. I have Netflix on hand when I want to watch something. Now that's enough TV for tonight, Just Plain Folks. You get off those lazy butts this instant and make some music!  -Mom
