"Grandma Got Run over by a Reindeer" (Randy Brooks, 1979) is obnoxious (imho), but has become a standard nonetheless.
"Do they Know it's Christmas" (Bob Geldof and Midge Ure) was a big hit in the 80's. It was written for Band-aid.
"The Christmas Shoes" was recorded and released in 2000 by Newsong, but Wikipedia does not list a "writer"...so I am guessing the group wrote it? It was based on an internet e-legend.
Sorry, not exactly sure what criteria you are looking for in order to consider them "new standards" but those are my offerings, as I hear them every year.
PS I TOTALLY LOVE "Mary did you know".
