Sounds to me like you have a set of circumstances that you and those you're working with understand and are trying to put together. Nobody else was quite getting that.
That's fair enough and understandable "YES if you are pitching a young female singer and you want ANY chance in the biz she better be attractive.
Especially if it's in this style of music. There is leeway for "Artists" who write and have a style, and they come off cool or quirky or cute. And there music and fan base loves that about them.

However, your approach isn't very good. Even if you make it look like an add that has requirements it would come off better than this
This post read like a porn search Give a bit more detail and make it at least seem like your looking for hard working singers that you want to promote and work with. Because that is probably what your looking for. I think everyone even kids have basically figured out that there are no ugly Betty's on the charts.
You can word that very nicely and professionally in an add.
