So you're spamming the site looking for "attractive female singers" get on your bike man. Your label sounds like a great place lol this hole thing sounds very dodgy to me and very offensive to the females on this site. Who the hell is your label to decide on who is attractive and who is not. Sounds like a bunch of fools to me and that's putting a lightly.
