Looking for "attractive" singers just sounds unprofessional, and beyond the point. This is music business, not modelling!

Furthermore "attractive" is completely subjective, so you can throw any meaning in and make it valid, depending on who's making the judgement.

And the subjective part is exactly why this is rude, because you insist on the right to reject fantastic singers, only because they don't look like you think they should look.

That's plain discrimination, and totally not acceptable!

Language barrier doesn't give you a blanket licence for that. Wisen up, that's YOUR responsibility..
