Well,
You can do two or three things. Replace the foam your self, see if you can find a repair service or replace the speakers. A few years ago I had the same problem with speakers I bought in 1987. I simply called the factory and bought new speakers. I think the main problem is aligning the movement correctly when you replace the foam.
