I went back to look what I did with my speakers. They are Boston Acoustics Model A 70 of which are about the same as your EPI 100's.
It was November 2005 almost 10 years ago I replaced the Speakers. I paid $100.00 Postpaid for the pair. I see on the Web Site they have about the same 8" 8 Ohm Speaker for 49.95 or so. The repair kits are 24.95 or so. So what do you have to lose! As mentioned above, the concern is making sure the speaker floats free after you install the new foam and does not bind. Have fun!
I went back to the site looking at Wolfers They have one Part number W-208.8 that looks good for 29.95 each. Might fit the bill.
