Dave, Thanks! It's good to be back. From my account, I don't see a link to the actual database. IMDb is still around, just the message board, as we once knew it, is gone. You can still use http://imdb.com to access it. Brian, It is a third-party company that IMDb is using to handle this. There are other companies that use Getsatisfied.com. They just add their company after the / to have there own support community. On the IMDb Help Center page they have this note: "Need more help? Visit the official IMDb support community powered by GetSatisfaction."
