I like going to studios with a producer , I have enough isolation at home writing it. I have DAW for ideas. No I will not do demos anymore and pitch them , that's a closed door . 600 or 700 is enough .The market is saturated via internet . James and Paul surround themselves with genius people to get that sound. I understand. I decided a while back that if anyone is going to hear my songs, I was going to have to play them for them, inserted at the rate of one to every 3 or 4 covers in a 12 song set. At my level of the music world, that would be venues such as wine bars and restaurants and an occasional birthday party. Caveat; That would mean dealing with wine bar and restaurant owners, as well other musicians from time to time, and lugging my sh-t around for $100 bucks or so. At 71, I dunno...never say never.

"If you are stuck in your musical composing, be unreasonable. Change your environment. If you are stuck in your lyrical efforts, instead of forcing the same old words out, force yourself to do unreasonable things." -Brian Austin Whitney
