He hangs on the first note, 5 chord high lonesome sound. Then he touches on the 1 for an instant and swoops back up to the 4. like a firken roller coaster ride of emotion, bfore taking the listener home to the 1....then whoosh off on another swoop. At the end he bounces like a bell on the 2 and 4 , A and D open strings, like threat to change keys, creating suspence. I've been trying for 50 years to duplicate that, failing...lol.
