Yes, you always have it but, weight loss does what insulin can't.
The medical profession wrongly believe insulin replacement is the answer. It's not low insulin it's that the body doesn't use insulin right. So you could shovel in all the insulin you like it won't go where it's needed - Fde Yes weight loss and diet are important. But insulin is truly a wonder drug. My wife wouldn't have made it through her teenage years without it. She found out she had diabetes when she went into a coma, with a blood sugar of 1200. She's always been thin and watched her diet.
