The fact that Suno can create music by itself, there will always be the question of how much input the writer actually had. Even if you say I only use it for production, the audience will still look at it as an AI generated original. And today's writers won't generate the respect they once had.
John Yes, the general public will tend to lump it all, as the same. But there is a world of difference between writing a lyric, and triggering an arrangement, and just saying, hey suno, write me a song about Alaska. And to a trained ear, something with human intervention will fare better. Particularly lyrics. I've sometime forgot to enter the lyrics say for second verse, hit generate and it writes the verse. And so bad, and so disconnected, and so far from understanding what's bring said, its sometimes funny. But yeah, maybe it will require education. But its clear not all Ai songs are equal. People may think there's is great cause it sounds good...
