I guess it's my turn now.
Two phrases that come to mind are:
"I hate to burst your bubble" and "I hate to rain on your parade."
To me those phrases come across as either disparaging or condescending whether in critiques or otherwise. It's no biggie really. Apparently, it only bugs me, LOL.
