Bill, I took a listen to a few tracks. The tunnel sound your getting comments on has to do with the effects you are using on your vocal. Try a simple reverb on your vocal. If you want your vocal to stand up front, avoid using too much. When it comes to country vocals, less is more. Hope that helps.
