Hi there Mel!! Didn't mean to shock folks..well, that's not totally true. I WAS trying to sneak this one past you until the bridge, so yeah, the trap was being rather carefully set to get you to think just what you did. LOL I didn't really want the clues to be too obvious that this was about a cat in the first two verses. I was guessing that folks would keep reading until they did get the twist tossed at 'em just because they couldn't believe I really WOULD do a song that went THERE! LOL My bad!!  I am glad the cat twist got ya purring! I will gladly accept "adorable" any day. I might hafta tweak the tale of this one after all. Thanks so much for the kind comments on this. Hugs, Bobbie
