The story as I envisioned it would make a very bizarre video. The "winds" is a metaphor for some sort of end-of-the-world holocaust...nuclear, biological, whatever...and our main character has been the only living person moving about in this wasteland, in his Cadillac Eldorado, for about a year. He stumbles upon "Rhonda"...and she's looking worse for the wear, enough for a near-scream, maybe...but now they are two, and they roar off together into the post-apocalyptic sunset.
