Hey thanks, Alan. She had her echo done yesterday. The results are still pending the MD interpretation. So far so good. Lisa called last night to say she is using the "Heart Smart" version of spices-Mrs. Dash in all 3 flavors. P.S. You know you and Mrs. Helen are always in my prayers, too.
