Tricia, that may be a general rule, but mine stays between 45 and 60 daily, it does get into the 70's when i clean house, but that's as high as it gets. After the tilt table test the dr. said I have neurally mediated hypotension, near syncope, ischemic episodes, and bradycardia. The beta blocker is all they think they can do, other than a pace maker, which I'm opposed to at the moment.
