I had heard about Gibson getting into trouble and of course this all makes for interesting armchair watching. However, how certain are you MAB that all these companies are getting fingerboard blanks from the same place? If this were true, then I got amazingly deceived by my tours of the Taylor Guitars factory where you can actually see the wood getting milled on their CNC machines, fingerboards included. Maybe you mean how or where they all source their wood?

John is backing up his statements with links and facts that support his view. Ray, I'm waiting for actual links and facts that prove your view(s). Why am I interested? Because I was a victim of the system a few years ago. I lost everything and it wasn't due to a lack of working my ass off. It was due to a judicial system that did not uphold the letter of the law.
