My well wishes go to Alec and all the innocent people caught up in this mess. From my limited knowledge (far less than Alecs) the Ukraine is already split within itself between East & West political ambitions. Also the fact that this was at one time all part of the Soviet Union renders this in the realm of a civil war. The USA should have learned lessons in the past to stay out of these complicated situations. I dont have any remedies, just observations. John
