Hey Linda, Oh great, Scott has tought you to drink scotch and smoke cigars, and hang out in dingy bars at 3 am ! And I'm liking it ......  Rock on ! cheers, niteshift PS - hit up your church choir for the bv's, in about the 2nd verse, and you're there. PPS - Scott, set the vocal compressor to limit, and it will smooth out the vocal, dB wise.
