Hey Pamela, Welcome back. On your Sound Question. You may have a Volume Control on you Monitor as well as on the Key Board as well as the control with the Mouse. If so you can adjust it for a more normal level. When my Grandaughter uses my Computer she turns the sound control on the Moniter all the way down and I am going nuts when I want to listen to somethng before I figure it out. Now no wisecracks from the audance!
