Hi, Sharon! Glad to see you back on again.
I think Take 5 may be in 5/4 time as well . Say, do you think the title was a play on words. Like it could mean "Take 5" (breaktime) or take 5 quarter notes. OK. Perhaps I am reaching a bit.
