I agree Brian. However the point is not really about grannies and kids it is more about prosecuting the big boys first rather than just small fry and also invasion of privacy. Or is it a case of going after the easy prey and leaving the real harder to catch gangsters alone. Good point Jim! Normally you go after the "Big Fish" first because those are always bigger "fish to fry"! You make some money suing them and then use them to set an example for the rest. You work "top down", which by the way also puts a stop to most of the online "collaborators" which enable all the elicit uses on places like YouTube, GoogleVideo and what not. So what are the really "Big Fish"? To start with, probably most of the file sharing places, but the tricky thing is to narrow it down to known illegal uses since many can also be completely legit.
