One thought -- back in 2007, you asked everyone to post their real names. While I think it was a great idea (and still do), I wouldn't be surprised if we lost traffic because of that. Maybe it's traffic from people you wouldn't want anyway, but traffic nonetheless, if you're just looking at gross figures. I know that you can still sign on using a fake name, but the expectation is to use your real name.

I have two friends who wouldn't sign on because I asked them to use their real names and they didn't want to immediately get "that involved." I have no doubt that, once they got used to the place, they would start using their real names, but somehow using your real name at first seems like a commitment, or even kind of scary for a woman. When I first stumbled upon the site in 2006, I think I used "lgundling" and even that made me nervous at the time. However, once I'd been here a while, then I was fine.

I think that JPF is lovely, just the way it is.
