Derek I would like to know where I made a personal attack on you. I made general statements about the situation. Period The only thing I directed at you was the question about the bullying because it did not make sense to me.
As far as my redneck stance goes. Well it simply means if you took something that does not belong to you then you stole it. Period. I don't have to be smart to understand that. I don't have to be Edumacated to understand right from wrong. If you take something that does not belong to you it is STEALING. pure and simple.
And I make no distinction between physical property and intellectual property. It is still my property.
You seem to think it is OK to steal Intellectual property. Or am I misunderstanding that? I have reread your posts and you repeatedly defend the people that have stolen the files and justify it because you don't like the RIAA. Or am I misunderstanding that?
I am confused by your statements. I meant no disrespect to you. I was simply responding to the situation.
You make a statement like this One person downloading one song illegaly doesn't take money from the performers pocket. The person who illegaly downloads probably wouldn't pay for the song if he couldn't download it illegaly.
You are justifying the theft. How can you say it does not take money from the artist. So by this reasoning if 2 million people only stole from him once it would be OK?
Oh! and I think people educated in the legal system might know how to spell illegally.(sorry, had to say that)

"If you are stuck in your musical composing, be unreasonable. Change your environment. If you are stuck in your lyrical efforts, instead of forcing the same old words out, force yourself to do unreasonable things." -Brian Austin Whitney
