...but I believe the "privacy" issue is this: you have to dig through a lot of innocent people's private records to ferret out the few wrong-doers. Is this true? Do you KNOW it to be true? The complex question here, that is going to have to be decided by courts, is just how much "privacy" can a person expect when they voluntarily step into the internet?
