I think focusing on mastering a few good 2:50 songs is a great way to learn about quality. Can't keep flogging the same intro lick forever under those conditions, LOL.
That said, I've been collaborating on yet another cover, Argent's "Hold Your Head Up"...the long version, well over six minutes...
But that song is a GOOD six minutes!
