I do understand Aaron what you are saying and while I agree with you to a degree I also like Kevins view:

To sanitise the forums would mean that I would miss half the stuff I read or listen too.
If I was only interested in a specific genre then it would be cool' but sometimes when I am surfing the forums (which I think is the way to find gems) I do get a real surprise.
JPF would maybe end up like a lot of other places already out there.
I have read some of your work Aaron and left good comments and vis-versa. If the forums were sanitsed, I may never have had that pleasure and we may never had met.
I think that soundclick or similar sites are genre specific from a listening point of view.
Anyway just my 2cents worth..
