I am OK with having some ads from reputable places. Like I said, it took 9 years to convince me that non-specific forums were OK. Nothing anybody said convinced me, it was time and experience that did that. I wouldn't hate it if we had genre specifics, but I think it would end up fragmenting us as a group. When the lyric board was split up into 3 separate forums, there were a lot of people who tended to hang out at specific ones and the only time they interacted was to return the favor of a comment. I wouldn't mind seeing the lyric forums going back to one forum like the MP3 is. (Of course, there were some who posted in all of them.) At another site I used to post at, they started a Worship forum. Hardly anyone visited it except for those who wrote that kind of music. Once in a while, someone would wander into it because their favorite boards were slow and they were bored, but really it became quite stagnant. So if this ever does happen, I would rather not see a Religious music forum, even though that is my main genre. Anyway, I don't mind change. Change can be good. Keep talking.
