Hey Mike I would love to Skype......I think we have a lot in common. I agree with what you say.....I too remember the day when only musicians wrote songs and performed and it took many hard years of learning and practice to get there.....nowadays it seems that counts for nothing. It is all about social networking and ass licking...talent hardly enters the equation. Not once in any of those blogs or tutorials that Ande suggest I read do they actually talk about the technicalities of songwriting skills or learning to play or perform...all they talk about is meeting people and forming a business plan.....sheesh the world has gone mad.

My business plan was simply to learn how to write and perform great music and if I got paid it was a bonus.

Nowadays they want to get paid as much as possible and if by accident they make great music that is a bonus.
