One guy writes all the "ands" "ifs" "buts"
Another guy handles all the nouns, persons places or things.
Yet another guy writes all the adjectives and adverbs.
The last guy is the editor!
I guess it's all a way of getting exposure for everybody involved. It's business, not writing though
